*Unless otherwise agreed upon, full payment is required prior to production. *PLEASE CHECK ALL DATES ABOVE FOR ACCURACY. IF YOU HAVE A HARD DEADLINE PLEASE LET US KNOW, SO WE CAN VERIFY IT CAN BE MET. *Any changes to the job could cause changes to the price. This includes quantity, print location, color quantity or the style of item. *Once your mock-up is approved, we will begin production. Be sure to double check spelling, color, artwork, and placement. Red Letter Apparel is not responsible for errors that have been approved before printing. *Please advise if Red Letter Apparel finds anything inappropriate with your artwork, under our shrewd discretion, we will not produce your order. However, we will gladly help you find business elsewhere. *At Red Letter Apparel, we strive for excellence. We will let nothing below the standard into your hands. If any damages occur to your order during production, you will not be charged for those damages. Red Letter Apparel will replace any item we damage. This only applies to damages occurred during production (see shipping terms below). If you are providing your own material, we may bill extra charges to ensure we protect your product and can replace it in the case of accidents, machine malfunctions, etc. *If your order is damaged during shipping, the carrier will be responsible for those damages. We will gladly help you with your claim in any way we can. Red Letter Apparel is not responsible for delayed shipping. Any fees paid for rushed shipping will not be refunded if the carrier delays your shipment.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your final product due to damages, inconsistency, or unmet agreements, you may receive a full or partial refund. Refund eligibility varies based on product and/or type of print. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your product.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 10 business days (two weeks) from the final approval. Shipping provider information and tracking numbers will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If the carrier causes damages to the boxes or the box contents, Red Letter Apparel is not liable for covering these damages. However, we do not run away from a challenge! We will work with you and be in communication with the carrier for any possible refunds that we can distribute to you as well! We appreciate in advance your patience and understanding in this matter.
